Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Pie PDF Print E-mail

16 ounces vanilla yogurt
8 ounces cool whip
10-16 ounces frozen sliced strawberries—thawed

Mix together and pour into two pie shells or into a 9x13 pan with a graham cracker crust. 
Freeze four hours.

I used this crust.
2 cups flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup melted butter

Stir together and spread in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool and then pour in pie mixture.

1 pound ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)

1 package dry onion soup                              

1 can cream of mushroom soup                     

1 tablespoon catsup                                                    

¼ cup milk

black pepper to taste

1 pkg. noodles (or rice)

 

Brown ground meat in a skillet. Add dry onion soup, mushroom soup, catsup, milk, and pepper to meat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cook noodles (or rice) to package directions. Serve meat mixture over noodles or rice.

1 loaf (8 ounces) French bread cut into 1 inch slices
6 eggs
1 ½ c. milk
1 ½ c. half and half
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:

½ c. unsalted butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tlb. dark brown syrup
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Heavily butter 9 x 13 pan. Fill the pan with bread slices so the pan is completely covered with bread. Mix the eggs, milk, half and half, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Pour mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread topping evenly over bread slices. Bake until puffed and golden, about 40 minutes. Let stand five minutes before serving.

Tater Tot Casserole

2 cans cream soup (your choice)
½ c. water     
1 pkg. tater tots    
2 c. chopped chicken or turkey
1 pkg. frozen corn or mixed vegetables (16 oz.)
1 c. grated cheese

Stir together soups and water. Put a layer of tots in a sprayed 9x13 pan. Pour ½ bag of corn or vegetables and 1 c. chicken or turkey chunks over tots. Pour ½ of soup mix over tots/corn/meat. Sprinkle with ½ c. cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 until heated through and cheese melts on top (approx. 30-40 minutes).

 
KILLARNEY FUDGE PIE PDF Print E-mail

6 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup semi-sweet morsels
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients.
Pour into greased Pyrex pie dish.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
